Basic to the procedure are three different elements used in the Metalock procedure. Matching keys (Metalocks) made of special alloys
Another element is screws or pins (Metalace) which are used to close cracks against leakage.
Screws are screwed into the drilled holes, next to each other along the line of the crack.
The third element is the plates (Masterlocks) with inserted high-load inlets.
The board is held using screws that are placed so that one half is on the base material and the other on the board.
On-site machining can reduce the time required for work by minimizing the need for disassembly, transportation to the workshop, and reassembly. Our work area covers various industries such as the chemical and petrochemical industry, power plants, steel processing industry, shipbuilding, food industry, offshore, and many other industrial sectors.

Damaged crankpins and main bearing pins can be repaired by us without having to be disassembled.
We regularly work closely with leading engine manufacturers. Very often they have taken into account the compatibility of tools during development. Therefore, we know exactly where to start when working on crankshafts.
Marks caused from wear and tear or material decay are being repaired by us in the way that you can use them as original spare parts.
Line bores are measured by using the laser measuring method.
